How to Place Your Order:

1. Search and choose the cake design or any products from Q-Kiwwy Cake website or facebook.

2. Please use an order form as provided below to order any selected products and please send to our official email. (qkiwwycake@gmail.com)

3. Order form should be send to our email at least 3 weeks before delivery date.

4. Customers will get a feedback about their order form from Q-Kiwwy Cake at least 48 hours after sending order form.

5. Q-Kiwwy Cake will send a product quotation to customer's email in 48 hours.

6. An order will be processes only after customer paid at least 20% deposit from actual price based on product quotation.

7. Please bank in your deposit or full payment to Q-Kiwwy Cake by using online banking through Maybank2u (bank account: 151584080388) or bank in through Bank Muamalat (bank account: 08040043936728)

8. Any products cancellation should be make at least 3 days before delivery date and deposit will not be refundable.

9. For more informations, please contact us as soon as possible by using email or telephone.
