Dear our value customers,

Q-Kiwwy Cake not just a company who provide a modern cake such moist cake and Kek Lapis Sarawak, but we are also provide traditional food such as dodol. There were 2 types of dodol that were provided here which are durian and original flavour.

Privacy policy is a policy that we used to ensure that all the information given by a customer is protected. We are promised out customer that our information detail is secret and confidential from other parties.

All the information given will be save and protect in company's data to make sure all the information not spread to other parties. For your information, we are need your personal data such as name, email, telephone  number and home address is to provide a better services and make sure all the products delivered well as promised before. All Your personal detail will be save only for 30 days after order date. This is important for us to keep your information detail to make sure all the transaction and purchasing process run smoothly and avoid other problems during these processes.

We would update our privacy policy from time to time to make sure all the information given are protected from any harmful or personal dangerous. We were promise for a better services to all our customers and it was align with out motto which is Your Satisfaction is Our Concern.

a) All products that sold are not refundable.

b) We are not liable for any damage for the products once it delivered to customers. 

c) If there were any problems during delivery or self pick up, please contact our members as soon as possible  by using telephone number provided below.

Delivery Policy

There were 3 types of pick up method:

a) Delivery service provided by company

• Our company provided a delivery service for those who came from selected area such as Parit Raja, Batu Pahat and Ayer Hitam. 
• Service charge will be added with the products price for delivery based on distance.
• Our delivery charge will be in a lowest price unti RM5. Charge will be increase based on distance. 

b) Self Collection

• For those who want to pick up their order, service charge will not be  added. 
• They will come to our main centre at Parit Raja a day before their event ceremony. 

c) By using Pos Malaysia

• For those who order outside selected area or Johor, we would use Pos Malaysia to send your order. All the order would be sent 3 days before actual ceremony. It is because to avoid any problems during post process. 
• Post charge would be added with actual price.
